Job summary

Epic is seeking a Trainer to deliver in-person and virtual training to physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff. You will guide users through the transition to Epic, shape their experience, and become the first point of contact for staff.

You will design training materials and scenarios, create workflow-based content, and work with client organizations to tailor training. A relocation to Madison, WI is required with reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or greater (any major).
• Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses and other healthcare users.
• Be the first point of contact for staff and users, shaping their experience as they transition to Epic.
• Handle instructional design and develop training materials and real-world scenarios to deliver training.
• Collaborate with organizations to design workflow-based training content and contribute to software usability projects.
