Job summary

AdventHealth in Burleson, TX seeks an experienced Training Manager to lead daily operations of the training team supporting physician practice operations and EHR adoption. You’ll coordinate schedules, assess program effectiveness, and maintain regulatory compliance across ambulatory services.

Required: 5+ years in healthcare training, a Bachelor's in health administration (Master's preferred), and experience with Athena, Cerner, or Epic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health administration or related field is required.
• Minimum 5+ years in physician practice operations and training in healthcare.
• Experience in adult learning and instructional design in ambulatory settings.
• Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and training adoption.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the training team and coordinate staff schedules.
• Assess training program effectiveness and KPI impact.
• Collaborate with physician enterprise and medical groups for effective training.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and track time/attendance.
• Travel up to 75% and work on-site Mon-Fri; occasional weekends.

Education

Bachelor's in health administration or related field
