Qualifications

- Identify education and training needs in a healthcare setting and participate in related program development.
- Experience implementing and coordinating traditional and modern training methods; knowledge of instructional design.
Responsibilities
- Assess training needs through on-site visits, analyses, surveys, and audits.
- Develop and deploy training strategies to close gaps.
- Communicate barriers, risks, or delays related to training and learning plans.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements.
- Deliver training for physicians, clinicians, staff, and managers.
- Coordinate training programs and ensure proper training before EHR access is granted.
- Tailor training delivery to adult learners and diverse staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
