The role emphasizes adult learning principles, strong communication, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support safe patient care and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of adult learning styles and training delivery in healthcare settings.
• Knowledge to identify education and training needs in healthcare and participate in program development.
• Experience implementing and coordinating traditional and modern training methods.

Responsibilities

• Assess training needs through on-site visits, analyses, surveys, and audits.
• Identify gaps and design/ deploy training to close gaps.
• Communicate barriers, risks, or delays related to training and learning plans.
• Monitor and improve training program effectiveness.
• Deliver trainings to physicians, clinicians, staff, and managers.
• Coordinate training programs ensuring proper access to EHR systems before use.
• Deliver training tailored to adult learning styles to achieve proficiency.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
