Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of adult learning styles and training strategy for physician practice operations and EHR adoption.
• Strong instructional design knowledge and implementation.
• Experience designing and managing diverse training methods.
• Knowledge of LMS and web delivery tools.
• Proven full training life cycle experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience overseeing staff and curriculum development.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Familiarity with physician practice transformation and training.
• Knowledge of Healthcare Operations, IT, Revenue Cycle, and Clinical Ops.
• Leadership in EHR implementation or training programs.
• Leadership of training teams.
• Effective cross-stakeholder communication.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Athena Collector and Athena Clinicals.
• Other EHR training experience.
• Knowledge of PQRS/MACRA.
• Process mapping expertise.
• Project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Deploys training methods to achieve provider proficiency and performance results.
• Builds and leads a regional training analyst team through recruiting, onboarding, and development.
• Identifies training needs via analyses with Physician Enterprise leaders and medical groups.
• Defines best practice workflows and system use for provider practice teams.
• Oversees implementation of training programs within Physician Enterprise.
• Measures program effectiveness and ROI to drive improvements, summarizing KPI impacts.
• Partners with stakeholders and SMEs on training and implementation.
• Maintains knowledge of adult learning trends and best practices.
