Job summary

Adventist HealthCare seeks an experienced Epic Training Manager to lead the organization’s training-readiness program for Epic implementation, upgrades, and go-live planning. You will coordinate with Epic representatives, clinical stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure end-user readiness and successful adoption across the enterprise.

You will supervise training staff, manage SUL onboarding, and ensure effective learning materials, class scheduling, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Epic training certification or proficiency is preferred.
  • Experience leading training coordination in healthcare is preferred.
  • Experience with LMS and Epic-led trainings is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the organizational training-readiness program for Epic implementation and go-live planning.
  • Serve as primary liaison with Epic training reps and internal project leadership; coordinate plans and schedules.
  • Oversee training logistics, enrollment, class scheduling, and LMS readiness.
  • Partner with clinical, revenue cycle, and IT teams to align workflows and readiness.
  • Supervise internal training coordination and end-user support staff.
  • Manage SUL onboarding and day-in-the-life activities for end-user readiness.
  • Coordinate reinforcement, job aids, and post-training support initiatives.
  • Monitor training completion, readiness metrics, and adoption risks; drive continuous improvement.
