Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate EMR training during orientation for new hires.
• Serve as an instructor for EMR and Practice Management education.
• Maintain and update training content, manuals, and FAQs.
• Collect and analyze progress data from training programs and report findings.
• Assist with software implementation, updates, and special training projects.
• Provide training support in person, by phone, or electronically.
• Troubleshoot user questions and guide to appropriate resources.
• Identify and address urgent training needs and issues.
• Stay current with system updates and changes affecting training materials.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
