Job summary

Epic is based on our campus near Madison, Wisconsin, with relocation assistance provided to move to the area. Trainers lead both in-person and virtual sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users and become the first point of contact for staff as they transition to Epic.

You will shape the training experience from instructional design to materials development, create workflow-based content, and collaborate with organizations to tailor training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or greater
• Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred
• Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
• COVID-19 vaccination

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users
• Be the first point of contact for staff and users during Epic transitions
• Involve in training process from instructional design to development of training materials and scenarios
• Design workflow-based training content and collaborate with organizations to tailor training
• Contribute to projects to improve Epic software usability
