Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to build high-quality learning and multimedia assets for the Healthcare Client Engagement team. You will translate approved strategies into engaging resources and own the content-production workstream from design through final handoff.

Collaborate with program leaders, SMEs, and governance partners while applying brand, accessibility, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience creating training, learning, and multimedia content across formats.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, and visual communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple content workstreams and reviews.
• Familiarity with digital learning, video, and content authoring tools.
• Healthcare experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
