Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to produce high‑quality learning and multimedia assets for Healthcare. You will translate approved strategies into engaging experiences and own the content-production workstream from design through handoff.

Collaborating with program managers, SMEs, and governance teams, you will ensure learning outcomes, accessibility, and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing training, learning, communication, or educational content across multiple formats.
• Healthcare experience is strongly preferred but not required.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, proofreading, visual communication, and content-organization skills.
• Experience managing multiple content-production workstreams, review cycles, dependencies, and competing priorities.
• Experience with digital learning, multimedia, video, presentation, and content-authoring technologies.
• Experience with Mindtickle, Synthesia, Microsoft Copilot, Articulate, Adobe, Canva, or comparable tools is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with program leaders, subject matter experts, reviewers, and governance partners.
• Ability to simplify complex business and technical information for diverse audiences and use cases.
• Working knowledge of brand, accessibility, and content-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain learning, communication, and multimedia assets aligned with approved strategies, audience needs, and business objectives for the Healthcare Client Engagement team.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, presentations, guides, scripts, simulations, campaigns, and other enablement resources.
• Translate complex product, technical, process, and business information into clear, engaging content.
• Apply instructional design, adult learning, visual storytelling, brand, and accessibility standards.
• Partner with subject matter experts and creative resources to clarify requirements, validate accuracy, and guide production.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency, consistency, and the learner experience.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams, including plans, milestones, dependencies, reviews, risks, and status updates.
• Review, improve, and modernize content using feedback, performance insights, quality standards, and program-defined measurement requirements.
• Support other markets, as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
