LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to craft high-quality learning assets for the Healthcare Client Engagement team. You will translate strategies into engaging, audience-appropriate experiences and own content production for assigned initiatives.

You will collaborate with program leaders, SMEs, and governance partners, applying instructional design, multimedia, and accessibility standards to enable sales readiness and employee

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing training and educational content across formats; healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, proofreading, visual communication, and content-organization skills.
• Experience managing multiple content-workstreams with dependencies and priorities.
• Experience with digital learning, multimedia, video, presentation, and content-authoring technologies.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain learning, communication, and multimedia assets aligned with strategies and business objectives.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, presentations, guides, scripts, simulations, campaigns, and enablement resources.
• Translate complex product and business information into clear content.
• Apply instructional design and accessibility standards.
• Partner with SMEs and creative resources to clarify requirements and guide production.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency and learner experience.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams with plans, milestones, risks, and status updates.
• Review and modernize content using feedback and program-defined measures.
• Support other markets as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
