Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to create learning resources for the Healthcare client engagement team. You will translate strategies into engaging courses, videos, job aids, and guides, owning the content-production workstream from design through delivery.

You will collaborate with SMEs and governance partners, apply instructional design and accessibility standards, and leverage AI tools to boost production efficiency and learner impact

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing training, learning, communication, or educational content across multiple formats.
• Healthcare experience is strongly preferred but not required.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, proofreading, visual communication, and content-organization skills.
• Experience managing multiple content-production workstreams, review cycles, dependencies, and competing priorities.
• Experience with digital learning, multimedia, video, presentation, and content-authoring technologies; Mindtickle, Synthesia, Copilot, Articulate, Adobe, Canva are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality learning, communication, and multimedia assets that support business initiatives, product education, sales readiness, and employee development.
• Translate approved learning strategies and curriculum requirements into clear, engaging experiences and resources.
• Own the content-production workstream for assigned initiatives, from requirements through design, development, review and handoff.
• Partner with SMEs, program leaders and governance resources to validate accuracy and guide production.
• Apply instructional design, accessibility standards, and brand guidelines to all content.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency and learner experience.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams, milestones, dependencies, reviews and risks.
