You will translate approved strategies into audience-appropriate experiences, manage content production, and collaborate with program leaders, SMEs, and governance owners.

You will create courses, videos, job aids, guides, and campaigns across multiple formats, applying standards for accessibility, brand, and quality.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing training, learning, or educational content across multiple formats.

Aufgaben

• Translate approved learning strategies into audience-appropriate content.
• Own the content-production workstream from design to handoff.
• Develop and maintain learning assets for Healthcare Client Engagement.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, presentations, guides, scripts, simulations, and campaigns.
• Apply instructional design, adult learning, visual storytelling, brand, and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with SMEs and governance partners to ensure accuracy and quality.
