Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to design high-quality learning, communications, and multimedia assets for the Healthcare Client Engagement team. You will translate approved strategies into engaging, audience-appropriate experiences and own the content-production stream from design to final handoff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing training and educational content across multiple formats.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, and visual communication skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple content-production workstreams and review cycles.
• Familiarity with digital learning, multimedia, video, and content-authoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate learning strategies and objectives into clear, engaging content and resources.
• Own the content-production workstream for assigned initiatives from design through handoff.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, presentations, guides, scripts, and campaigns.
• Apply branding, accessibility, and quality standards to all outputs.
• Collaborate with SMEs and governance partners to validate accuracy and scope.
