Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to produce high-quality learning and multimedia assets for Healthcare Client Engagement. You will translate approved learning strategies into audience-appropriate experiences, owning the content-production workstream from design through handoff.

You will collaborate with program leaders, SMEs, and governance resources to ensure content quality, accessibility, and alignment with business objectives, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience creating training, learning, communication, or educational content across multiple formats.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, visual communication, and content-organization skills.
• Experience managing multiple content-production workstreams, review cycles, dependencies, and competing priorities.
• Experience with digital learning, multimedia, video, presentation, and content-authoring technologies (Mindtickle, Synthesia, Copilot, Articulate, Adobe, Canva).
• Ability to work independently with program leaders, subject matter experts, reviewers, and governance partners.
• Working knowledge of brand, accessibility, and content-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain learning, communication, and multimedia assets aligned with approved strategies for Healthcare Client Engagement.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, presentations, guides, scripts, simulations, campaigns, and other enablement resources.
• Translate complex product, technical, and business information into clear, engaging content.
• Apply instructional design, adult learning, visual storytelling, brand, and accessibility standards.
• Partner with SMEs and creative resources to clarify requirements and guide production.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency and learner experience.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams, plans, milestones, dependencies, reviews, risks, and status updates.
• Review and update content based on feedback and measurements.
• Support other markets as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
