LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist in Healthcare to transform strategic learning into engaging resources across formats. You will collaborate with program leaders, SMEs, and governance to craft courses, videos, job aids, and campaigns that drive sales readiness and employee development.

You will apply instructional design, visual storytelling, and accessibility standards while leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing training, learning, communication, or educational content across multiple formats.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, proofreading, visual communication, and content-organization skills.
• Experience managing multiple content-production workstreams, review cycles, dependencies, and competing priorities.
• Experience with digital learning, multimedia, video, presentation, and content-authoring technologies (Mindtickle, Synthesia, Microsoft Copilot, Articulate, Adobe, Canva or similar).

Responsabilités

• Develop high-quality learning, communication, and multimedia assets supporting business initiatives and sales readiness.
• Translate approved learning strategies, curriculum requirements, and business objectives into audience-appropriate experiences.
• Own the content-production workstream from requirements through design, development, review and handoff.
• Partner with program leaders, subject matter experts, and governance resources.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency and learner experience.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams including plans, milestones, dependencies, reviews, risks and status updates.
• Review and modernize content using feedback and measurement requirements.
