LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist within Healthcare to transform complex product and process information into clear, engaging training assets. You will own content production from design to final handoff, collaborating with SMEs and governance partners to align with approved strategies and program outcomes.

You will create courses, videos, job aids, guides, and simulations, applying instructional design, accessibility, and brand standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing training, learning, or educational content across multiple formats.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, proofreading, visual communication, and content-organization skills.
• Experience with digital learning, multimedia, video, presentation, and content-authoring technologies.
• Experience with Mindtickle, Synthesia, Microsoft Copilot, Articulate, Adobe, Canva, or comparable tools is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Translate approved learning strategies, curriculum requirements, and business objectives into engaging content.
• Own the content-production workstream for assigned initiatives from design through development and handoff.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, presentations, guides, scripts, simulations, campaigns, and other enablement resources.
• Apply instructional design, adult learning, visual storytelling, brand, and accessibility standards.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency and learner experience.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams with plans, milestones, and reviews.
• Review and improve content using feedback, performance insights, and quality standards.
