Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist for the Healthcare Client Engagement team to turn complex information into clear, engaging learning materials with a focus on product education and sales readiness.

You will translate strategies into audience-appropriate resources, own content production, and partner with SMEs and governance teams to ensure quality and accessibility across multiple formats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing training, learning, or educational content across multiple formats.
• Healthcare experience is strongly preferred but not required.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, proofreading, visual communication, and content-organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain learning, communication, and multimedia assets aligned with approved strategies and business objectives.
• Translate approved learning strategies and curriculum requirements into clear, engaging experiences.
• Own the content-production workstream from design through development and handoff.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and governance resources to validate accuracy.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency and learner experience.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams with plans, milestones, and reviews.
• Review and modernize content based on feedback and performance data.
