Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to transform complex healthcare content into engaging learning experiences. You will translate approved strategies into audience-appropriate courses, videos, job aids, and other enablement resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing training, learning, or educational content across multiple formats.
• Healthcare experience is strongly preferred but not required.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, proofreading, visual communication, and content-organization skills.
• Experience managing multiple content-production workstreams and review cycles.
• Experience with digital learning, multimedia, video, presentations, and content-authoring technologies (Mindtickle, Synthesia, Microsoft Copilot, Articulate, Adobe, Canva).

Responsibilities

• Translate approved learning strategies, curriculum requirements, and business objectives into clear, engaging experiences and resources.
• Own the content-production workstream for assigned initiatives from design through development and handoff.
• Partner with program leaders, subject matter experts, and governance resources to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Develop and maintain learning assets aligned with strategies, audience needs, and business objectives.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, presentations, guides, scripts, simulations, campaigns, and other enablement resources.
• Translate complex product, technical, process, and business information into clear content.
• Apply instructional design, adult learning, visual storytelling, brand, and accessibility standards.
• Use AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency and learner experience.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams, milestones, dependencies, reviews, risks, and status updates.
• Review and improve content based on feedback and performance insights.
