Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years related experience is preferred.
• Experience delivering employee development programs across levels.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams.
• Hands-on LMS experience and content development skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor-led training across modalities for varied audiences.
• Coordinate training logistics, resources and multitask priorities.
• Identify training needs and performance gaps with leaders and SMEs.
• Design and update training materials, guides and online content.
• Collaborate with Instructional Designers and stakeholders to develop online content.
• Manage attendance, evaluations and LMS data for programs.
• Conduct regular content reviews and measure training effectiveness.
• Handle administrative duties like scheduling and enrollment in the LMS.
• Demonstrate compassionate, patient-centered service in line with MH standards.
