Job summary

Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking a Training & Development Specialist to design and deliver engaging learning experiences for employees across the organization. You will facilitate instructor-led training, coordinate logistics, and partner with subject matter experts to identify needs and close performance gaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or 5+ years of equivalent work experience.
• Experience coordinating and delivering employee development programs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training to frontline employees through leadership, solo or co-facilitation.
• Prepare training locations and ensure tools, materials, and resources are available.
• Assist in assessing training needs via surveys, interviews, or consultations.
• Collaborate with Training Specialists and Instructional Designers across the Health System to analyze knowledge gaps.
• Assist in designing and creating training content and materials.
• Develop online training content with Instructional Designer and SMEs to improve performance.
• Collect and evaluate training feedback and evaluations.
• Utilize LMS to track attendance and generate reports.
