Job summary

Epic seeks a Trainer to lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users, as well as Epic staff. You will shape their experience as they transition to Epic and help them save lives, guiding the entire training process from instructional design to the development of training materials and scenarios you’ll deliver.

Based on our Madison, WI campus with relocation assistance, you will work in a collaborative team to craft workflow-based training content

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or greater (any major).
• Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred.
• A history of academic and professional success.
• Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days, with typical months including 1-2 trips lasting 2-4 days.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• COVID-19 vaccination.
