Job summary

Epic is seeking a Trainer to lead in-person and virtual sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users on Epic systems at our Madison campus. You will be the first point of contact for staff, shaping their experience as they transition to Epic and helping them save lives.

You will handle instructional design, create training materials and scenarios, collaborate with teams to design workflow-based content, and participate in projects to improve the software's usability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher (any major).
• Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days, with 1-2 trips per month lasting 2-4 days.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities
