Job summary

UCI Health is seeking an experienced administrator for the time and attendance system, coordinating with the vendor for software and hardware upkeep. You will oversee 250+ badge readers, manage application tasks, and generate custom reports from data outputs.

Strong knowledge of SQL databases, Visual Studio, and reporting tools is required, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience administering automated time and attendance systems with wage/hour regulations.
• Experience configuring devices for network communication (static IP or DHCP).
• Strong understanding of relational databases and report writing.
• Proficient in SQL, with MS Visual Studio and reporting tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Administers time and attendance system and monitors payroll software hardware.
• Partner with vendor for maintenance, troubleshooting, and updates.
• Create custom reports and analyze data output.
• Manage multiple functional assignments and data reporting tasks.
