Job summary

UCI Health in Orange County is seeking an experienced administrator for the time and attendance system. The role works with the vendor to monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, and update payroll software and 250+ badge readers, while creating custom reports and analyzing outputs.

You will manage assignments in the application, ensure data accuracy, and collaborate with teams across UCI Health to support payroll compliance and timely, accurate compensation.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience administering automated time and attendance systems.
• Strong knowledge of wage and hour regulations and payroll data integrity.
• Ability to configure devices for network communication and report writing.
