Job summary

UCI Health is seeking an experienced administrator for the time and attendance system, collaborating with the vendor to monitor, maintain, and update payroll software and related hardware, including 250+ badge readers. You will design custom reports and analyze outputs to support accurate payroll processing.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in automated time systems, strong SQL/SSRS/Crystal reporting skills, and excellent communication. This on-site role supports our Orange County operations.

Qualifications

• Two+ years' experience administering automated time and attendance systems with wage-hour knowledge.
• Ability to configure devices for network communication (static IP/DHCP).
• Strong reporting skills using SQL-based tools and Crystal/SSRS.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Proven organizational and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administers time and attendance system and liaises with vendor for maintenance.
• Monitors, troubleshoots, and updates payroll software and hardware (250+ badge readers).
• Creates custom reports and analyzes data outputs for payroll/payroll compliance.
• Manages multiple assignments with varied deadlines and communicates with teams.
