Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a result-driven Territory Sales Representative for multiple Florida locations. You will build relationships with hospitals, IDNs, and outpatient centers, educate customers on our client's portfolio, and drive territory growth through strategic plans and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires 3–5 years in healthcare sales, a bachelor's degree, and the ability to travel ~70%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business or Life Sciences.
• 3–5 years of pharmaceutical/healthcare sales experience.
• Experience calling on hospitals, IDNs, and other institutional customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic territory plans for hospitals, IDNs, and outpatient centers.
• Build strong relationships with physicians, administrators, and decision-makers.
• Educate customers on disease states, product benefits, and utilization.
• Navigate complex organizations to identify opportunities and drive growth.
• Maintain CRM records, forecasts, and territory performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver coordinated solutions.
