Med Search Recruiting Network, Inc. is expanding its field sales team in Indianapolis, seeking a driven Territory Sales Representative to build physician referral partnerships and grow the territory through proactive outreach.

This relationship-driven, outside sales role rewards an entrepreneurial mindset with uncapped earning potential, long-term growth, and the chance to partner with hospitals, clinics, and sleep labs across a 120-mile radius.

Formación

• Outside field-based sales experience focusing on physician referrals.
• Proven ability to open and grow referral accounts.
• Strong prospecting and territory development skills.
• Willingness to travel within the territory and surrounding areas.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage referral relationships with primary care physicians, pulmonologists, sleep labs, hospitals, and internal medicine providers.
• Prospect and open new referral accounts in the Indianapolis territory.
• Grow territory volume through consistent field activity and account management.
• Maintain and expand existing business relationships and coordinate with internal teams.
