Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• 5-8 years related work experience required.
• Avaya Certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure the phone system: call forwarding, routing, voice menus, and call recordings.
• Program ACD agents and skills; mentor entry level Telecom Associates.
• Manage telecom projects and supervise Telecom staff and contractors.
• Monitor alarms/outages; coordinate parts delivery and testing.
• Provide after-hours availability for major installations and outages.
