Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1+ year in remote technical troubleshooting or 2-3 years in technical/customer support.
• Experience with Microsoft OS, Active Directory and server environments.
• Experience diagnosing hardware, software, networking and security issues.
• Experience supporting medical devices or healthcare environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Document cases with issue IDs, steps, and resolutions.
• Process part replacements and case creation through systems.
• Escalate to R&D/engineering when needed.
• Offer technical guidance on supported hardware/software/devices.
• Keep cases updated to KPI-driven SLAs.
• Identify recurring issues for product/process improvements.
• Use standard tools and knowledge management resources to resolve issues.
