Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to resolve challenges via remote troubleshooting and guidance. You will help ensure a consistent, high-quality support experience while contributing to product improvements.

You’ll join a collaborative team that values knowledge sharing and continuous learning, with a hybrid work model and onsite collaboration in Skaneateles, NY.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year in remote technical troubleshooting or 2–3 years in technical/customer support.
• Experience with Microsoft OS, Active Directory, and server environments.
• Experience diagnosing hardware, software, networking, and security issues.
• Experience installing/troubleshooting computer hardware and peripherals (printers, scanners, Bluetooth).
• Ability to follow regulated processes and maintain compliant documentation.
• Associate degree or relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Document cases with issue ID, steps taken and resolution.
• Execute customer requests like parts replacement and case creation.
• Assist escalations with internal teams (R&D, engineering).
• Deliver technical guidance on hardware, software, and connected devices.
• Update cases to meet KPIs and service levels.
• Identify recurring issues to aid product/process improvements.
• Utilize standard tools and knowledge resources to resolve issues.
