Qualifications

• Must have strong remote troubleshooting experience and customer support background.
• Experience with Microsoft OS, Active Directory, and server environments is preferred.
• Experience in regulated documentation and healthcare/medical device environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Document cases with issue IDs, steps, and resolutions.
• Handle part replacements and case creation through systems.
• Engage internal teams (R&D/engineering) for escalations.
• Offer technical guidance on supported devices and software.
• Maintain case updates aligned with KPIs and SLAs.
• Identify recurring issues for product/process improvements.
• Utilize standard tools and knowledge bases to resolve issues.
