Job summary

Omnicell seeks a Sales Associate in MA to support Account Executives in growing our portfolio of pharmacy automation, medication adherence, and recurring revenue solutions. You will learn the workflows of long-term care, institutional, and specialty pharmacies while contributing to customer engagement and sales execution.

You will partner with AEs to identify opportunities, conduct discovery, and help with pricing, proposals, and contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Relevant internship, work experience, or project experience in sales, business, healthcare, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to drive opportunities across a portfolio of capital equipment, automation, software, consumables, and recurring revenue solutions.
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting, research, outbound campaigns, and customer engagement.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges, workflows, and business objectives.
• Support territory planning, pipeline development, and opportunity progression with Account Executives.
• Assist with pricing, proposals, quoting, contracting, and sales-related business planning activities.
• Demonstrate Omnicell solutions virtually and in person for prospective customers.
• Represent Omnicell at trade shows, industry events, and customer-facing meetings.
• Build knowledge of pharmacy operations, medication adherence programs, automation technologies, and industry trends.
• Participate in customer implementations and cross-functional projects to strengthen solution expertise.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and contribute to achievement of territory and team goals.
