Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Team Manager for Healthcare Provider Data Management in Oregon. You will lead a high-volume team, oversee daily workflows, ensure accuracy of provider data, and drive performance metrics.

This role requires strong data analysis, Excel proficiency, and collaboration with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve workflows. The ideal candidate has healthcare operations leadership experience, credentialing knowledge, and a proactive leadership style focused on process

Qualifications

• Experience leading healthcare operations teams and driving performance.
• At least 2 years of healthcare team leadership experience.
• Experience with credentialing processes; knowledge of claims processing or provider data management is a plus.
• Team Manager Certification is mandatory.
• Open availability to meet operational requirements.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills; advanced Excel preferred.
• Ability to manage fast-paced environments and competing priorities.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive process improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to provide clear feedback.
• Proven ability to build trust and effective relationships with team members.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily team operations, including workload distribution and performance management.
• Ensure provider demographic and credentialing data is accurately entered, updated, and maintained.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and turnaround times against targets.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to analysts.
• Track performance indicators and address gaps with action plans.
• Oversee bulk roster processing and data validation activities.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to resolve issues and improve workflows.
• Support system enhancements, process improvements, and automation initiatives.
• Conduct regular team meetings and coaching sessions to communicate expectations.
