Job summary

Sutherland is seeking a Team Manager/Supervisor to support one of our Healthcare programs. You will supervise the Provider Data Management team, ensuring data accuracy and timely processing of provider records.

The role requires leadership, credentialing experience, and the ability to coach analysts while partnering with client stakeholders. Responsibilities include monitoring productivity, implementing improvements, and managing workflow to meet operational targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading a team within the healthcare domain with credentialing experience.
• Must be Team Manager University certified.
• Open availability.
• Solid Microsoft Office experience, advanced Microsoft Excel would be preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Provider Data Management team, including workload distribution, performance management, and staff development.
• Ensure provider demographic and credentialing data is accurately entered and maintained in all systems.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and turnaround time standards to drive team performance.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and performance management to analysts responsible for provider data maintenance and updates.
• Track metrics, identify trends, and implement actions to address gaps in productivity or quality.
• Manage workload distribution, prioritization, and resource allocation to meet turnaround times and targets.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Oversee attrition, shrinkage, and other critical metrics of the team.
• Support projects involving system enhancements or process automation.
• Conduct regular team meetings and coaching sessions to communicate performance.
• Oversee processing, validation, and maintenance of high-volume provider data from bulk rosters.
• Assist team in roster file analysis to identify missing info, duplicates, discrepancies, and inconsistencies for resolution.
• Use Excel and data analysis tools to manipulate, validate, reconcile, and report on large provider data volumes.
