Sutherland is seeking a talented Team Manager / Supervisor to support a growing healthcare program. You will lead a Provider Data Management team, ensuring data accuracy and driving performance across productivity, quality, and turnaround times.

You’ll coach analysts, manage workflow, and collaborate with credentialing, training, quality assurance, and operations to optimize processes. Strong Excel skills and healthcare domain experience are essential for success.

Formación

• 2+ years’ experience leading a team within the healthcare domain, credentialing knowledge preferred.
• Open availability.
• Strong Microsoft Office experience, advanced Excel preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear, constructive communication and team-building abilities.
• Proactive in developing trust and rapport with team members.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily operations of the Provider Data Management team, including workload distribution and staff development.
• Ensure provider demographic and credentialing data is accurate across systems.
• Drive team performance by monitoring productivity, quality, and turnaround times.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching and performance management to analysts.
• Monitor metrics, identify trends and implement action plans to address gaps.
• Manage workflow distribution and resource allocation to meet targets.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Oversee high-volume provider data processing and bulk roster validation.
• Conduct regular team meetings and coaching to communicate performance.
• Analyze roster files to identify missing information, duplicates, and data discrepancies.
• Utilize Excel and data tools to validate and report on large datasets.
