Job summary

Compass Health Center is seeking an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical and operational roles. This role blends remote work with periodic in-person events in Illinois, requiring collaboration with hiring managers and leadership across multiple regions.

You will source, interview, and guide offers while shaping a positive candidate experience and contributing to DEI initiatives and employer branding.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a professional, corporate, or healthcare setting.
• Experience managing searches from intake through offer, including sourcing and candidate management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring leaders.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for 15+ positions across clinical and/or corporate teams.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and craft talent acquisition strategies.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring leaders as the recruiting partner.
• Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, networking, referrals, events, and other sourcing strategies.
• Conduct phone and virtual interviews; guide teams through interviews, feedback, selection and offers.
• Create a thoughtful, responsive candidate experience from outreach through offer.
• Use recruiting data and metrics to identify trends and improve results.
• Contribute to DEI recruitment, early career recruiting, and employer branding initiatives.
• Support talent operations and process improvements.
