Job summary

Compass Health Center, based in Chicagoland, seeks an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full-cycle recruiting for 15+ clinical and operational roles. This primarily remote role requires base in Illinois, with in-person events and occasional travel as needed.

You'll partner with hiring managers to understand teams and needs, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and shepherd offers. Expect collaboration, growth, and a data-driven approach to DEI and recruiting excellence.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing, screening, and candidate management.
• Comfort with multiple sourcing channels and sourcing tools.
• Experience in healthcare or corporate environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for 15+ roles simultaneously.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and strategies.
• Build strong relationships with leaders and candidates.
• Source and engage candidates via multiple channels.
• Conduct phone and virtual interviews and guide offers.
• Create a positive candidate experience from outreach to offer.
