Job summary

Hutchinson Regional Healthcare System seeks a Talent Advisor/Recruiter (FT, onsite) to identify, recruit, and screen candidates for positions across the system. This role analyzes market salaries, coordinates interviews, and partners with hiring managers to fill roles efficiently.

The ideal candidate brings HR experience, strong communication, and knowledge of EEO/ADA with proficiency in MS Office. Workday experience is a plus, and benefits include paid time off and healthcare coverage.

Qualifications

• At least two years of HR or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interviewing skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Thorough understanding of EEO, ADA, and related employment laws.
• Experience with Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consult with organizational leaders to define requirements, duties, and qualifications for vacancies.
• Collect and analyze data on market salaries, candidate availability, and demand.
• Identify and screen candidate pools and connect viable candidates with hiring managers.
• Screen, interview, and reference-check candidates.
• Coordinate job fairs and networking events.
• Maintain compliance with EEO and related employment laws.
• Prepare and extend job offers and notify applicants of decisions.
• Maintain effective communication with patients, staff, and external partners.
