Essential duties include candidate screening, coordinating interviews, offering employment, and maintaining relationships with hiring managers.

Qualifikationen

• At least two years of human resources or related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, psychology, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of EEO/ADA and employment laws; excellent interviewing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HRIS is a plus.

• Consults with leaders to understand requirements, duties, and qualifications for vacancies.
• Screens candidates, selects qualified applicants for interviewing, and presents candidates to hiring managers.
• Verifies experience and credentials; counsels candidates on process and next steps.
• Organizes job fairs and networking events; maintains relationships with stakeholders.
• Prepares job offers and notifies applicants of outcomes; ensures compliance with EEO laws.
