What you’ll do

• Partner with organizational leaders to understand the requirements, duties, and qualifications for open positions.
• Collect and analyze market data to stay informed on fair and competitive salaries, candidate availability, and demand in specific fields.
• Use data and hiring records to identify and select prospective candidates for vacant roles.
• Screen candidates, move qualified and interested applicants into the interviewing stage, and connect candidates with hiring managers.
• Verify candidate experience and background through reference checks and credential verification.
• Support candidates throughout the interview and hiring process by providing guidance on next steps.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of human resources or related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Industry-recognized professional certifications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with aptitude for conducting interviews.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Thorough understanding of EEO, ADA, and other related employment laws and guidelines.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Experience with Workday is a plus.
