Responsibilities

• Partner with organizational leaders to understand requirements for open positions.
• Collect and analyze market data to stay informed on fair salaries, candidate availability, and demand.
• Screen candidates, move qualified applicants into interviewing stage, and connect candidates with hiring managers.
• Verify candidate experience and background through reference checks and credential verification.
• Support candidates throughout the interview and hiring process by providing guidance on next steps.
• Coordinate and attend job fairs, events, and networking opportunities.
• Follow up with hiring managers after interviews to determine placement decisions and gather feedback.
• Arrange meeting locations and coordinate travel and/or accommodations for applicants and managers when needed.
• Maintain compliance with EEO and related employment laws and guidelines.
