Job summary

Epiphany Dermatology in Austin, TX is seeking a Recruiting Partner I to manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple clinics. You will source, screen, and hire candidates, shaping a positive candidate experience and partnering with hiring managers to set expectations.

Ideal candidates have at least three years in talent acquisition, familiarity with ATS (ADP preferred), and excellent communication skills to support growth of Epiphany's nationwide network of dermatology clinics.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar field.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, ADP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide input to ensure that teams consist of diverse, qualified individuals.
• Ensure that staffing needs are met with a long-term strategy in mind.
• Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines for potential applicants.
• Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates.
• Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.
• Source applicants through online channels and professional networks.
• Create competency and behaviorally based interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
• Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs and references.
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Summarize feedback from candidate interviews via succinct, well‑organized interview notes to share with interviewers.
• Lead full‑cycle recruiting and onboarding for positions, from intake and sourcing through offer acceptance and start date, while ensuring a consistent, high‑quality candidate experience.
