Job summary

Epiphany Dermatology in Austin, TX, is expanding its recruiting team and seeking an experienced APP Recruiter to lead end-to-end physician assistant and nurse practitioner hiring. You will collaborate with clinical and operational leaders, build robust sourcing strategies, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while supporting onboarding and contract negotiations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in provider or clinical recruitment; APP recruiting preferred.
Understanding of APP roles and scope of practice is a plus.
Familiar with provider compensation models and contract negotiation.
Travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for APP roles from posting to onboarding.
Partner with clinical and operational leaders to define hiring needs and cultural fit.
Develop sourcing strategies including passive outreach and career fairs.
Screen and interview candidates for clinical competence and fit.
Coordinate multi-phase interviews with cross-functional teams.
Track recruitment metrics and improve processes.
Assist with contracts and onboarding timelines.
Stay current on APP labor market trends.
