Job summary

Epiphany Dermatology in Austin, TX is seeking a Recruiting Partner I to source, screen, and hire for multiple roles across the rapidly expanding network. You’ll design sourcing strategies, partner with hiring managers, and create end-to-end processes to deliver a top-tier candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has at least three years in talent acquisition, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with ATS and Microsoft Office. Healthcare experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in talent acquisition or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar field
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems; ADP experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for multiple roles across the company.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and selection criteria.
• Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding from intake to start date.
