Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Three+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience; healthcare recruiting preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service and negotiation strengths.
• Ability to work with urgency in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent organization and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR concepts.
• Familiarity with MS Office and ATS tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified professionals.
• Act as a trusted talent advisor to organizational levels.
• Utilize job boards, social media, networking, events, and direct sourcing to identify candidates.
• Screen resumes, interview candidates, and assess fit for roles.
• Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process from contact to onboarding.
• Own end-to-end recruitment processes and improve candidate experience.
• Build and maintain a network to pipeline potential candidates.
• Maintain records of candidates, job descriptions, and recruitment activity using ATS.
