Community Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to execute talent acquisition strategies across its healthcare network. You will partner with hiring managers to build pipelines, post jobs, screen applicants, and manage interviews across phone, video, and in-person formats.

You will coordinate offers, onboarding, and ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining compliance and timely communication with stakeholders throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience in healthcare or corporate recruitment preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
