Qualifications

• 2–4 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience required.
• Experience in healthcare or corporate recruitment preferred.
• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops sourcing strategies to identify and attract top candidates.
• Builds relationships with hiring managers and provides guidance.
• Manages job requisitions and tracks progress.
• Posts and refreshes ads on LinkedIn, Indeed, and the career site.
• Screens applicants and conducts interviews via phone, video, and in person.
• Negotiates offers and coordinates onboarding.
• Maintains candidate data in ATS and builds talent pipelines.
