The ideal candidate has a HR degree, 3+ years in healthcare HR, strong communication, confidentiality and organizational skills, and proficiency with HRIS and Paycom.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 3+ years HR experience; healthcare setting preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Paycom experience is a plus.
• SHRM-CP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to interview scheduling.
• Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Assist with benefits administration and employee questions.
• Edit quarterly employee newsletter.
• Process monthly HR invoices and vendor payments.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and compliance.
• Maintain HRIS and personnel records.
• Coordinate performance management activities and evaluations.
• Track professional licenses and certifications.
• Assist with leave administration (FMLA, PFL, Workers’ Comp).
• Support confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
