This is an onsite position in New York with potential hybrid work after training. The candidate will manage up to 15 requisitions, develop new recruitment strategies, and promote the company to attract qualified individuals, ensuring timely interviews and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; healthcare recruiting experience encouraged.
• Familiarity with candidate sourcing and ATS/job boards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to listen effectively.

Responsibilities

• Actively source and interview for all assigned requisitions and prioritize time management accordingly.
• Develop and implement new recruitment strategies online and within the community, identifying key recruitment sources.
• Schedule and conduct applicant interviews in a professional manner.
• Review applications and contact qualified candidates; actively source candidates and promote opportunities.
• Develop engagement strategies to promote caregiver retention and satisfaction.
• Manage up to 15 requisitions simultaneously.
• Maintain recruiting metrics and reporting.
• Possible hybrid office/home schedule after training.
